5/19/2014 Cleansing the 3rd eye:Here is a recipe that you can try. Juicing makes me feel very good inside. The more we have veggies, the more balanced we can become. As everyone is different, this may or may not work for you. The more acidic you become, the more we hold toxins in, leading to diseases. Western society has a diet of too much acidic food, veggies help to balance this. Likewise, our diet has too much omega 6's, so balancing this with more choices of Omega 3's would be a healthy option. For 3rd eye cleansing you can also add Omega 3's and Cod liver/skate liver oil/salmon oil (which is also good for prevention of eye diseases).
