7/29/2014 5 Ways Sleeping Naked Can Benefit You:This is so beneficial, especially for Menopausal women. It's very subjective though, not everyone is alike, so I leave this up to you. Check this article out here: http://themindunleashed.org/2014/07/5-surprising-ways-sleeping-naked-can-benefit.html Here is a recipe for making a tincture for improving sleep and reducing anxiety. I don't have a passionflower, but this is such an easy recipe I would try it. Check it out here: http://littlehouseinthesuburbs.com/2014/07/how-to-passionflower-tincture.html It stands to reason that the foods we eat are the very things that can heal us. Why not? Check it out here: http://themindunleashed.org/2013/12/36-foods-help-detox-cleanse-entire-body.html I agree with this article. We as a society in the West tend to pop a pill for instant gratification so that we feel better (my pet peeve). It's not that simple. Yes I have tried Melatonin for my insomnia once. Yes once because it made me feel so groggy the next day, I didn't like it. I felt like I had a sleep, but at what extent. You play with your hormones in the body without supervision and you create an imbalance. Change your diet, lifestyle and exercise. Exercise would be the number one way to have a good sleep, you will be tired. Go to bed at 10 pm every night and stay in bed not listening to anything, or doing anything on your technology and don't watch TV. Lights out and that's it. Toss and turn if you have to, it may take you 3 months to get back into a routine of a full nights sleep. I have also felt that taking a supplement of Magnesium helps me sleep better. I have not tried these, but would imagine some of them if not all of them would help. I had my kids warts taken off by freezing them by a Doctor. It hurts to do that, so I wish I knew this stuff before to give it a try. I could put this in the Oil section too, because Oregano Oil is also very good for Yeast overgrowth and gets through tough cells of pesky critters. Some of these ideas are natural antibiotics too. Check out this article here: http://www.naturalnews.com/045887_yeast_infections_herbal_medicine_candidiasis.html It is a sad thing to see people start with a medication, then need another medication for the side effects of the first one, and pretty much snowballing from there. Next thing you know, they are on 20 just to survive, when a lifestyle and diet change could have been just so simple to start with at the beginning (my pet peeve). It's called prevention. Check it out here: http://themindunleashed.org/2014/05/5-ways-boost-happiness-naturally-without-antidepressants.html Here is a recipe I want to try. It is for those who don't drink coffee but want to have an energy boost. I will let you know how I like it. At the moment I am drinking Stash Green Chai tea hot in the mornings, I love it. I will try this recipe for daytime use. I like this recipe with one teaspoon of natural organic honey (local for best benefits.) My mom did and the Doctors stripped them out of her leg. She now has achy legs that get swollen at times when she does too much. Here you can do a few things for yourself with your own knowledge. Check it out here: http://www.realfarmacy.com/how-to-naturally-improve-varicose-veins/ Here are some tips on how to make your own skin care products. Some videos on how to do it too.
